Please inform the school office immediately if your personal information changes i.e. telephone numbers, addresses or email etc. It is vital that you keep us informed as we need to be able to contact you, particularly in an emergency.

Once a year you will be sent a data collection sheet, so that you are able to confirm the information that we hold for your child. We urge you to return the form with corrections or just to confirm that our records are correct and your help and cooperation with this is always appreciated.
